Punching and shearing oil is a kind of metal working oil blended
with various additives such as refined oil-based agent and antirust
agent. It is especially suitable for high-strength operations such
as punching and shearing, punching, tapping, grooving, etc. It is
also very suitable for plastic forming. It has good lubricity and
extreme pressure, and has good protection for the mold.
Product applications:
Volatile punching and shearing oil can be widely used in copper,
aluminum and its alloys, cold rolled plate, stainless steel,
silicon steel sheet, zinc plating, non-ferrous metals and their
alloys. For metal extrusion, pressing, stamping and drawing and
other plastic forming operations
(1) Volatile punching and shearing oil volatilizes well and
quickly, and there is no residual stain on the surface of the
workpiece after volatilization, so there is no need to further
clean the workpiece.
(2) Volatile punching and shearing oil has excellent extreme
pressure property, which can protect the mould and reduce the
rejection rate of products.
(3) The volatile punching and shearing oil has no corrosion to
aluminum, copper and other non-ferrous metals.
(4) Excellent permeability, lubricity; low viscosity, good cooling.
